Rick Robillard is an industry veteran with over 25 years of commercial furniture experience. Rick began his career with Steelcase as a participant in the Steelcase PACE Management Program. During his 12 year tenure at Steelcase he held numerous training, marketing, sales and executive management positions. Since partnering with NFL Officeworks more than 14 years ago, Rick has focused on the day to day operations and assumes ultimate responsibility for all customer relationships. He is responsible for the overall growth and success of the company including sales, new business development, profitability and attracting and retaining new talent. Rick is also the Managing Partner for NFL Officeworks in Upstate South Carolina.
William (Bill) Jones
CEO – 39 years strong
Bill Jones has 38 years of vast national and international experience in the commercial office furniture industry. Bill is a broad based business executive specializing in operations, complex business development and negotiations while maintaining the highest standard of ethics. Bill is responsible for the total management and presides over the operations of NFL Officeworks. As the leader of NFL Officeworks, Bill has always encouraged his employees to be fair, honest and has promoted a culture of customer is always first throughout the organization. Bill currently serves on the CEO Round Table for the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and is a board member with Office Furniture Recyclers.
Vice President – 29 years strong
Tim Butler has more than 29 years of strong contract furniture experience helping clients solve their furniture needs successfully. Tim’s project experience includes clients in the corporate, government, educational, healthcare and financial markets. His expertise is product application and is responsible for understanding what his clients requirements are, while communicating those expectations to his NFL Officeworks Team. Tim will ensure that his clients’ needs are fulfilled to their complete satisfaction throughout the entire process. Tim is active in a variety of civic organizations and supports the Foundation Fighting Blindness where he has helped to raise over $25,000 for the charity.
Sales Support/Project Manager – 21 years strong
Sherry Butler has over 21 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial office furniture industry. Sherry’s experience includes project management, customer service, move management, inventory control and training of staff. She has been a strong team member of NFL Officeworks since 1998.
Sherry is responsible for overseeing your project from conception to closing, including pre-planning, assisting with quick and accurate proposals, customer service, shipping, receiving, and delivery coordination along with any punch/warranty resolution. She has a consistent track record of success and provides exceptional service to each and every client that she serves. She has an unwavering reputation for high quality, accountability, an on time delivery even in the most challenging situations. She is an excellent problem solver who performs at high levels to consistently meet customer and project expectations. In her spare time, Sherry enjoys spending time with her family. She is an active volunteer at her son’s elementary school and is currently working with a charity devoted to raising money for children with degenerative retinal diseases.
Director of Design Services – 25 years strong
With 25 years of Interior Design and Space Planning experience, Debbie McDonnell’s senior level knowledge and skills add value to each project she is involved in. Debbie is responsible for creating functional, as well as aesthetically pleasing environments for her clients. She is a highly motivated individual who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The flexibility to multi-task and quickly respond to fast paced demands are skills she has developed throughout her 19 years in the contract furniture industry. Her passion for the technology and software components of Interior Design has allowed Debbie to lead her design team and their efforts to stay current and trained.
Operations Manager – 17 years strong
John Davis is responsible for the day to day operation of the 100,000 sq. ft NFL Officeworks warehouse facility, planning and managing the installation schedule and crews. He manages all scheduling functions, provides labor budgets, and oversees order pulling and assembly of goods. His expertise includes inventory control, managing large project installations, buy back logistics, and leading and coaching his operations team.

Amy Gavilla is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in the commercial office furniture industry. Amy’s experience includes bid management, project management, customer service, operations, administration, marketing and training of staff.
Amy is responsible for supervising your project from conception to closing, including pre-planning, assisting with quick and accurate proposals, customer service, shipping, receiving, and delivery coordination along with any punch/warranty resolution. She has a solid track record of success and provides exceptional service to each and every client that she serves. She has an unwavering reputation for high quality, accountability, dedication, and successful on time delivery even in the most challenging situations. One of Amy’s strongest assets is her ability to problem solve and perform at high levels to consistently meet customer and project expectations. Amy enjoys volunteering her personal time and skills as a sports photographer for various college lacrosse teams, youth select/travel lacrosse teams, recreational lacrosse and youth basketball teams.
Senior Account Executive – 24 years strong
John Corcoran has more than 24 years of strong contract furniture experience helping clients solve their furniture needs successfully. His career exemplifies a history of achievements and success in sales.
John’s project experience includes clients in the corporate, government, educational, healthcare and financial markets. His expertise is product application and he will be responsible for understanding what your requirements are, while communicating those expectations to the NFL Officeworks Team. John will be your primary point of contact and is responsible for ensuring that your needs are fulfilled to your complete satisfaction throughout the entire process. In his spare time, John has enjoyed coaching youth lacrosse and mentoring to young adults.
Senior Account Executive – 20 years strong
Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in the contract office furniture industry serving a multitude of clients in the corporate, healthcare, financial, government and real estate industries. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from The American College for the Applied Arts. Earlier in her career, Lisa gained experience as an Architectural and Design Specialist for five years and then began working as a Manufacturer’s Representative for the next eight years representing contract office furniture manufacturers. Lisa has been with NFL Officeworks since 2004 and continues to build and maintain relationships and works diligently to manage all phases of her projects to ensure client satisfaction. Lisa is proficient in Giza.
Senior Account Executive – 16 years strong
With over 16 years of sales experience in the contract office furniture industry, Mike has always strived to provide his clients with exemplary service. Mike’s approach to every opportunity is pro-active and responsive to the client’s needs. Mike’s project experience includes clients in the corporate, healthcare, and insurance industry along with significant experience working with multinational clients with global requirements. He prides himself on exceeding the client’s expectations through attention to detail, customer service and communication. Mike is also bilingual in English and Spanish.

Kevin possesses 15 years of successful sales in the office furniture industry specializing in GSA, financial and higher education markets. Kevin cultivates positive customer/partner relationships and loyalty through open communication and attentive, personalized service. His experience includes project implementation that will ensure the client’s project is completed successfully on time and under budget. Kevin is proficient in Giza. Kevin also volunteers his personal time as a youth baseball coach.
